These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of any digital product from The Acceptance Reset Method. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
We sell self-guided, educational digital products — designed guides, fillable and printable worksheets, and audio — delivered as instant downloads through our checkout provider, Gumroad. They are informational tools, not medical or psychological treatment (see our Medical Disclaimer).
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files publicly. The one exception is the Practitioner Pack, which includes a separate licence permitting defined use with your own clients — its terms are described on that product.
All content — text, design, illustrations, worksheets and audio — is owned by The Acceptance Reset Method and protected by copyright. The licence above does not transfer ownership.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad; your purchase is also subject to Gumroad’s terms. Products are delivered digitally — there is nothing physical to ship.

Don’t misuse the site — no attempts to break, copy, scrape or disrupt it, and no using our materials to harm others. We may withdraw access for serious or repeated breaches.
The products are provided “as is”, for education only, with no guarantee of any particular outcome. Results vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
