Some links on this site, and inside our paid guides, are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price you pay, and where a partner allows it, the link carries a discount instead.

How we decide what to link to

We only name a resource we would name without the commission. Every recommendation is placed after the guide has finished teaching, never in place of the teaching, and it is described as what it is rather than as a promise about what it will do for you.

What we will not do

• We do not present a paid link as medical advice, therapy, or a diagnosis.
• We do not use invented reviews, ratings, testimonials or made-up results.
• We do not promote crisis, medication or treatment services for commission.
• We do not let a commission decide the order things are recommended in.

On the same page or spread as the link itself, so you see it at the moment it matters, and again here. Inside the guides it sits in the same block as the link.

Current status

At the time of writing we have no approved affiliate programmes, and the resources named in our guides are linked as plain merchant links that earn us nothing. This page will stay accurate as that changes.
